Washing dishes is something we don’t love to do (but we love when they are done). Maybe the dish soap you are using dries out or cracks your skin, or maybe you have a dish soap allergy. Your red, dry, or rashy hands need some love when doing dishes. Hypoallergenic dish soap is a must! We need to be using gentle dish soap to help out. I have put together a list of what I feel earns the title of the top hypoallergenic dish soaps available, here is what I have found.

As an Amazon Associate (and/or other affiliate sites) I earn from qualifying purchases.
Environmental Working Group® (EWG) Researched Dish Soaps
To assist in my research for the top hypoallergenic dish soaps, I have brought in some backup by using the EWG. The EWG has spent 30+ years researching products and providing education, so we can make informed decisions about our household products.
You can check out all of the products that the EWG has reviewed directly at ewg.org
EWG Rating System
The EWG breaks down their ratings from “EWG Verified™”, which is the best of the best, and a grading scale of “A – F”, just like in school.
Of course, the A is the best rating, after (“EWG Verified”), and the “F “is the worst. Rest assured that there is no “F” rated products on this list.
Top Hypoallergenic Dish Soap List

94 Dish Soaps Did not make the Top Hypoallergenic Dish Soap List…Yet
I researched 101 different dish soaps that claim to be hypoallergenic and gentle, but only found 7 that would be classified as the best of the best. Please read through all of these hypoallergenic dish soaps and find the one that fits your needs the best. All 7 of these soaps have some unique features as well as potential drawbacks.
Why Are There Only 7 Hypoallergenic Dish Soaps on This List?
I stopped at 7 dish soaps because the ingredients and/or potential hazards from the other soaps were not something I would feel comfortable adding to this list at this time. The companies listed, (and others) are using real user feedback and creating better products all the time, so check back often as this list may change.
